Gansu and Qinghai aka Tibetan inhabited area are top in stomach cancer. Not surprising at all since Tibetan have same ancestor gene as Mongolian.

So two types of people have high stomach cancer in China. The Han Chinese mainlander with Henan ancestry or Tibetan people with Mongolian ancestry.
