There are pros and cons.
Good thing is cars and motorbikes are going electric so we get cleaner air in the cities.
Bad thing is energy prices will spike unless we go nuclear. No way can wind turbines and solar able tonreplace the huge demand for power in industrialised countries.
Germany and japan have shut down their nuclear plants on account of safety concerns after fukushima. After upgrading those safety measures, i suggest they turn it on again.
