   After four years of hard work, the international research team led by Chinese scientists for the first time used gene editing technology (CRISPR/Cas9) and somatic cell nuclear transfer technology to successfully cultivate the world's first case of Huntington's disease gene knock-in pigs. It can accurately simulate human neurodegenerative diseases, provide stable and reliable animal models for the treatment of "Huntington's disease", Alzheimer's disease and other diseases, and promote drug screening and treatment planning.
