A woman urinated in an electrical shop in Xi'an, China, after she failed to get a refund for a soy milk maker, reported Guang Ming Daily.
The woman had demanded a refund for the appliance she bought a week ago as well as compensation of 200 yuan (S$44).
When the shop operator refused her, she knelt and urinated in front of other customers in the store.
Shocked, the operator called police for help but even they failed to get the woman to leave the store.
She only agreed to leave after the operator paid her RMB50.
The woman has since been criticised by netizens after customers uploaded photographs of the incident to the Internet.
