Stomper*Jonathan*sent Stomp a video showing*a man getting cornered and beaten up at a void deck in Woodlands.
According to the Stomper, the incident took place last night (Apr 17).
The video first shows a group of people arguing at a playground.
A man clad in a white shirt then confronted*another man*in the group and cornered him into a void deck.
He then started assaulting him, raining around eight punches on the victim.*A companion also kicked the victim twice, once on his legs and once in his face,
*The victim did not retaliate.
Halfway through the assault, a man believed to be a resident of a nearby HDB block shouted at the assailant telling him to stop.
The assailant stopped punching the victim but continued talking to him in an aggressive manner.*
It is unclear what happened thereafter.
