Such acts by the overseas jiakliaobee security forces WILL ONLY ensure that MORE terrorists acts will be conducted in their country. Give a person an inch and he will want to become a ruler....
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF POLICE, INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY FORCES FOR?
Their role is to PROTECT and SAFEGUARD citizens AT ALL TIMES, regardless of events as such ARE DAILY lives. That they cried and implied threats to citizens ONLY MEANS THAT THEY HAD FAILED IN THEIR DUTIES TO THE NATION.
Shutting events WILL for sure that those jiakliabees will get less stress, less work, less use of intelligence to solve problems and best of all - gets their paychecks each month WHILE citizens - taxpayers cower in fear under blankets at home.....Heck!, with such fears, ALL should stay home and NOT even go to work or buy groceries, as even one step out may mean being killed by a RADICAL ISLAMIST.
Is this the way to live life, living on knees to the few RADICAL ISLAMIST, rather than to think and innovate ways to enlist the power of the People to eradicate and annihilate those few monsters?
No doubt a New Year is just an event, but it is celebrated by MOST Humans, as the Gregorian calendar had SERVED Humankind well - it gives a time frame, based upon scientific evidences of our planet's rotation time around the Sun measured accurately in days and nights, that dates back 2025yrs, on the growth of Humankind and events, a record that students and working adults in history and economies can work on rather than to spend more time and stress at working out the numerous dates of each ethnic groups often illogical perceptions of supposed beginning dates.
By all means, each ethnic group of Humankind can still celebrate their beginning year - either religious or politically driven dates, as 7 Billion+ Humankind respects mainstream religion and would even TOLERATE fools. However, when those who claimed SUPREMACY over others and would use threats and harm to majority others, their days are numbered. It is just hoped that they would not pull and drag the naive innocents whom foolishly believed in them, down along with them...
No mortal lives forever. It takes courage to live and love. Hiding under blankets is no way to live. Stand and be proud, and celebrate the New Year with others equally courageous, and show to evil that WE are the many, and they are few, and their days will be numbered, as they will never have enough bullets to kill all 7 billion+ of us....
