Hence I will never buy REIT shares, REIT shares are always dirty 肮脏钱 money taken from retailers who then have to pass on the costs to commoners.

End of the day the REITs needed more profit to sustain their business. So as this will actually show up on their balance sheet and share stock price. Nothing wrong with it.

Just that the mall need to bring in more things for experience then to make every mall the same old thing. They like to use the phrases the model must be sustainable. Thus it must be scalable and must be easily duplicated. That's to say every mall will be almost the same..

Unless the price is right, no one will want to shop inside a shopping mall.
