But seriously, don't introduce any more artificial chemicals (sleeping pills etc) to your brain for a while and let it normalise. Go exercise is the best.
It is often something else in life that is also bothering you. Stress from work or relationship.. Identify and close it quickly if you can.
Should be ok after a couple of weeks. Take care bro!
bro...tell you the truth i hate chemicals even when im sick i also dont take medicine ...but come to a point that insomia really giving me problem ..so i took one pill last night who knows suddenly i become zombie today ....thank you bro..i will return to my daily exercise as soon as possible .
