Prince Alois met Minister in the Prime Minister's Office, Second Minister for the Environment and Water Resources and Foreign Affairs Grace Fu early Wednesday morning.

So Grace Fu is Second Minister for the Environment and Water Resources and Foreign Affairs. She is second in charge of Foreign Affairs so that is why she see Prince Alois. But where is the First Minister? Grace is only the second.

Tony Tan got time to meet clown prince from some cuntry but got no time to declare sadness over 4 dengue deaths. But also got time to say that the moon seemed clearer from his garden when the haze cleared a few days ago.

Minister without portfolio means he is in charge of nothing, so can shake leg, eat snake and fix the opposition. Now that is a very essential role in the PAP machinery, so obviously it's well paid.

You see, the PAP reward system for MPs is after each promotion, they get to work less, while earning more. The position of President of Singapore is the pinnacle. Look at SR Nathan, he was paid around $4 million per annum for 12 years, zhou bo lan yet super high pay. So this time they reserve the spot for cousin cum former DPM KFC Tan.
