Is it an awful neighborhood or what would be the reason? It looks like horror movie. But truth is something simpler:
This place is at the Wrangel Island which is in Chukcha seas which is in Polar Ocean. And guess what else has polar word in their names in nature? Right – polar bears are hear in hundreds thousands pieces.
This is whole island is reserve for the white bears here. The biggest natural reserve of polar preservation.
And not for always they want to be a friend with human. So these bars used to shun them off and care about the people who live and work on Wrangel Isle and care for the nature.
