李克强表示，近年来，中新关系的持续健康稳定发展增进了两国人民福祉，去年双方领导人达成的共识正在逐步落实，中新自贸协定升级的积极效应得到显现，各领域合作稳步推进，新加坡连续6年成为中国第一大新增外资来源国。中方愿同新方打造好“陆海新通道”，推进金融、第三方市场、科技创新、智慧城市等领域合作。我们愿同新方共同努力，加快“区域全面经济伙伴关系协定”（RCEP）谈判进程，按照既定目标完成“南海行为准则”（COC）磋商，深化双方在中国－东盟等机制内的合作，促进本地区实现稳定、发展与繁荣。
李显龙表示，新中关系发展良好。去年两国签署自贸协定升级版，有力促进了双方各领域合作。“一带一路”倡议为促进地区及全球合作作出贡献，新方愿积极参与，同中方拓展第三方市场合作。新中三个政府间合作项目进展顺利，新方愿同中方加强双边合作联委会机制平台，在智慧城市、数字经济领域深化合作，推进“陆海新通道”建设。新方愿继续为促进东盟－中国关系发展作出贡献。

Lee Hsien Loong said that the relationship between New Zealand and China is developing well. 习近平指出，今年是中华人民共和国成立70周年。瑞士是最早承认并同新中国建交的西方国家之一，这体现了瑞士政府的长远战略眼光，也蕴含着瑞士人民对中国人民的友好情谊。建交近70年来，中瑞关系始终走在中欧关系前列。两国建立创新战略伙伴关系，是中国首次同外国建立以创新为标志的战略伙伴关系。中方愿同瑞方一道，深化战略合作。
