I heard 1st hand accounts from my Muslim staff that their husbands forbid them from joining Pilates, Yoga, Zumba or any group exercises even though they wear the tudung, long sleeve and gym pants, because the clothing is body hugging. One of the ladies said that her hubby bought a used treadmill for her so she is forced to run in their living room. If there is a deliveryman at her door, the hubby will force her to hide in the bedroom, so that she is not seen in her exercise apparel.
