Hmm... I rather have IPPT without NS.

No need for any silly field exercises, wearing the uniform and SBO, drawing of rifles etc.

If you can't pass IPPT, then fail. It's the RT that's a pain in the ass.

Men who are 30 years old and above shouldn't be forced to do physically strenuous activities.

I proposed that NS be abolish and replaced with a full time professional army. This will b better for the people n the country but bad for the paper generals n civil serpants. As many will lose jobs. Let the civilians b civilians n the armed forces b the armed forces. No point torturing the people further.

Set up a co-operative that sells basic food stuffs etc..like NAFI, if you people could remember, the NAFI store at Beach Road..special supermarket & produce for the NSMen & enlisted men & their families, at discount prices ( SUBSIDIZED). B1 hospital facilities, SAFRA employment placement service for those who serve & is going to ROD..to promote the SINgaporeans first in employment to the employers.

Better insurance cover, better welfare. less disruptive service after ROD.. want to add more?
