Government will cut COE quota and or suspending COE bidding to prob up COE price

During Covid time, government purposely suspended COE bidding.This is all you need to know that the COE is just another method of grabbing cash and not a way to deal with the car population.
It gives you the illusion that the prices are dictated by demand and supply (bidding). I know there are retards out there who watch, track and monitor COE prices.
The sole purpose is to stop COE from decreasing.
