Bad service and badly burnt pizza at Orchard Road Italian restaurant

STOMPer Wawa and her friend went to an Italian restaurant in Orchard Road and said they received bad service and bad-tasting food there.
In an email to STOMP, the STOMPer recounted the incident which occurred on Monday (Dec 14).
“My friend and I went to the notably visible Italian restaurant, Tatoria, which is situated in the newly opened 313 @ Somerset on Monday.
“We were attracted to the place preferably because of its enticing menu and reasonable prices.
“Upon sitting at our tables, we were not provided the menus as that is usually the first gesture made by most dining eateries.
“Noting that a waiter was passing a gentleman at the next table his bill, we waved at the waiter in the hope of informing him that we were without a menu.
“The waiter took no notice, but we managed to signal another waitress to take our order.
“We had ordered a Hawaiian pizza and salmon black spaghetti as well as a chocolate ice cream brownie to share.
“Due to the crowd, we waited for several minute before we were served the Hawaiian pizza. To our dismay, the half sized pizza was badly burnt.
“As we were rushed for time, we did not approach any waiter for an explanation, hoping the next order of the salmon black spaghetti would be better.
“Unfortunately, the salmon black spaghetti was no better as it not only tasted bland, but also lacked salmon.
“There were salmon bits sprinkled on which is more like eating maggi mee!
“Thinking that we had enough of the two dishes, we signaled to the staff in sight to bring our dessert.
“To our shock, a plump woman who seemed like the manager, scoffed at being signaled asked another of her staff to serve us.
“As the place was packed, the manager could not find any staff to go over to us. In the end, she had no choice but to come over to us.
“Such bad service and bad food is truly unusual at a dining restaurant located especially in such an upmarket location.”
