Yes, HK dramas have all the necessary ingredients: fast pace, strong plot, good script, great acting.
Korean dramas can be very slow and the love scenes overly melodramatic.
Chinese period dramas are very good, with beautiful dialogue, and authentic costumes and stylised mannnerisms, but their contemporary ones still have some way to go with regards to plot.
I've long given up on Taiwanese dramas - long-winded, meandering plot.
