Chitchat Good to be rich

"Greed, for want of a better word, is good. Greed is right, greed works."

Rich is.a qualitative terms…

Any samsters can give a quantitative lumber achievable in SG for Sinki?

China is basically a place to set up business, grab cash and run road quickly.

Only the scope and the amount of money involved differs. But the modus operandi is the same.

Agree.. all those who are rich enough will run road and grab a foreign passport. Those who are poor can only become spies for CCP and run into USA via Mexico.

Greed drives us to work even harder when we are already earning enough to lead a comfortable life. It keeps us from being complacent.

The PAP's brand of greed is unhealthy though because it heaps hardship on average S'poreans.

A mere 15% of S'poreans live in private homes and 8% own cars, so you are considered rich when you own both.
