Chitchat Good Sinkie Towkay Tell Rude Jiuhu Workers Even Salary Not Paid, Still Must Work First! Not Happy, Fuck Off Back To Jiuhu!

boss can go rot in hell. disgusting. any other part of the world and they skewer and roast him. deservedly.

What is the bosses side of the story on this? He says pay is on the 3rd week etc,,has the payday date past without payment? Or has the boss not paid his workers and running away?

“I cannot say I will pay or don’t pay, I will see what I can do”. I would be very surprised if the workers kicked up a fuss out of nothing

Singapore — A video on TikTok showing a dispute between workers and their employers has had almost 500,000 views since it was posted on Oct 13.

“Kami hanya nak hak kami je,” wrote solah5817 in the caption to his video, which he posted on Oct 13. This roughly translates to “We just want what’s ours.”

The video shows four men in blue construction jumpsuits and yellow helmets in an argument with their employer.
The discussion, wherein the men constantly talk over each other and interrupt one another is held in English and Malay. It also gets quite heated.
The boss is heard telling the men, “You don’t like to work never mind, can go back.”
However, one of the men protested that some who have just started working have not yet been paid their salaries.
The employer then replies, “Maybe on Thursday I let you know the outcome… I cannot say I pay or I don’t pay. I will see what I can do to help you and help myself. We must move along.”
LATER, HE GETS EVEN ANGRIER AND WALKS AWAY, BUT FIRST HE SAYS, “YOU DON’T LIKE THAT LIKE THAT. NOT HAPPY? NEVER MIND, GO BACK TO MALAYSIA. I WELCOME YOU TO WORK, BUT IF YOU’RE NOT HAPPY WITH ME THEN NEVER MIND.”
He also tells the workers repeatedly that they will be paid “on the third week of this month”.

Sinkie is part of Malay archipelago. The boss should go back to china.
Btw, Thailand has the mostest overseas chinese at 10 million out of a population of 80 mil.
KL second highest at 8 mil out of 32 mil.
There are only 3 mil overseas chinese in sinkie. And even then its boosted by about 500k refugees from KL.

Ask for black and white haha. “Take the money or take black and white” haha

Proof again MOM is sleeping on the job.

Unlike the PRC embassy, the Malaysian Hicom will not be bothered a single bit about their compatriot's fate in Sg. They are more interested to make sure Rosmah is comfortable when she comes visit.

Why should he go back to China?that's an outdated idea of whose the native inhabitants of this land.the Chinese had been settled in Singapore for a long time and help developed it.by your logic your should go back to Yunnan

Our NTUC so powderful...cannot go on strike to demand rights for their members ?

Entraco Marine Engineering. This boss cannot be trusted and is clearly exploiting his workers to the maximum. Just write in to the MOM and get them to investigate. From my knowledge, most Sinkie companies will always take unfair advantage of their workers.

This is what Singapore Tripartite system looks like - The Silent Government, The Bullying Boss and A group of disgruntled workers.

When comes to Labour Day, the silent Government will suddently up in arms praising the Bullying Boss and no mention about the disgruntled labour.

We thought National Day is about PAP self-glorifying day, In recent years, they start using Labour Day for similar purposes too.

Unfortunately, Singapore has 61% of sheeps that makes it happen.

Now is employer's market,u want to work u work, or u fark off to mudland.Lan lan workers have to accept. MOM still on holiday mood.

Work to get paid…. Such a simple universal process, and get twisted into asking for too much.
