CCP Commiecunts now hungry for money and now want to tax all working overseas CCP passport citizen with their new income tax law!
They are starting to collect income tax from CCP citizens working in HK and Singapore. If this prove to be working well, they will expand it to other countries.

Maybe all those commiecunts supporters here should also donate to your master Xi as he is now in need of money.

PR still retain CCP citizenship. PR is not full Singaporean yet, so she is still a CCP citizen. Hence, she will still have to pay income tax to CCP.

Not so easy. It will depend on whether the host country want to take them in or not. Countries like Thailand or Malaysia, may not be easy to get their citizenship.
