Well that is not far different from chinese taukays dealing and cheating their clients. Eg, a car repair workshop accredited with authorized repair from the insurers, fixed the car after an accident but wilfully not install the passenger airbag. No way for rhe client to check unless he strips the dashboard.
They think they get rich from their hard work. And cheating is hard work. Many more examples can be cited but which is worse? Both will not get caught.
I say the taukays cheating is worse. Because ALL of them do it and they have no guidance to tell them it is wrong.
On the other hand, ministers doing it are a small finite number and their actions are on record. Also Islam is clear it is wrong so they have nowhere to hide.
