wWith the risk of sounding a little too much of a conspiracy theorist, i am more inclined that Chee is actually a PAP sleeper cell. His role is simple. To display wild and irrational behaviour such that when dumbass sinkies see such displays, the distress and sheer ridicule would be heaped on the Opposition.
