High operating cost in Singapore
High rental
High water price
High electricity price
High COE

People in Singapore cut down unnecessary expenses because they need to pay for:
Children tuition
COE
Expensive hdb and condo
Overseas holidays
Maid salary
Maid levy

So people find scapegoat to cut:
Restaurant bills
Unhealthy sweet drinks
Grab delivery
Grab transport

All the above problems are caused by PAP

Repeat after me:

Singapore govt is rich

Singaporeans are poor

Singapore govt earn moolah thru high taxes on the people

Other than Bugis Junction, Chinatown Point (Telok Ayer Street) and Great World City, the others are all crappy locations.

NEX and Northpoint City are okay malls but terrible locations.

Why would you open outlets at NUS, hospitals or MRT stations? That's brand suicide.

Chagee is really good, they used good ingredients, reminds me of those 高山茶 BBT that i had in taiwan.

Cheaper competitors are like cordials which I patronize eg. Mixue
