Gojek drivers are fed up with the company. Because of the bugginess of the app, few customers have used the service. Customers are not happy too that the car could take 8-10 min to arrive. The Gojek software does a poor job assigning cars to rides. Often times, customer cancels because of the wait and there is no penalty for customer cancelling.

Gojek has to fix its software before it can compete with Grab.
