Most people don't understand that things don't just happen because somebody says it will happen. Most probably it happens because you have planted the seeds for it to happen in the past. Many people are questioning why I raise the possibility of Nicole Seah or NSP contesting in Hougang, causing a 3 corner fight; but they must understand, it will not just happen because I say so. The possibility of it happening because WP has planted the seeds in GE2011 by forcing their way into Moulmein Kallang, even if it means a 3 corner fight in a GRC with NSP.

Of course, never did WP expect that it will end up with Yaw-gate and a by-elections in Hougang and it will open up a weaker front for others or NSP to fight back.

People must also understand that there is nothing wrong NSP to think that way because even if they don't contest in Hougang by-election this time, they will face aggression from WP in the next GE where WP will go into 3 corner fight with NSP in Tampines and Marine Parade. If WP only thinks about its own party interests in previous GE as well as next GE, NSP should also think of its own interests as well. Testing out the possible outcome of 3 corner fight by using Hougang by-election as testing platform is the only way for it to make proper assessment.

Karma happens to each and everybody, regardless of who you are. The lesson here is that don't always think that you could bully others when you are strong because there will always be time when you are weak and others will get back at you. That's karma.

Goh Meng Seng Freedom: Yes, I believe in karma and really, nobody will know what will happen in next GE.

James Tan: ‎@GMS, at least we know that the way you are going, your political career, if you still have one, will be gone long before the next GE. Remember, people judge you by the little things that you do.

Goh Meng Seng Freedom: I think you are too obsessed with win and lose. It is just a means to an end, not an end in itself. Don't be too engrossed in wins and losses. You must always keep in mind the bigger picture.

Caroline Tan So: going by ur logic, things dont just happen just bcoz somebody says it will happen, then y should we even believe u just bcoz u say things will happen? Different logic applies to different ppl? Dont tink that just bcoz u keep plying ur load of BS, ppl will one day buy it. I hope karma comes knocking on ur door soon.

Goh Meng Seng Freedom: You are right. You can make your own judgement whether to believe me or not but I just stating the plain obvious why things may just happen as it is due to the past seeds planted.

Goh Meng Seng Freedom: Well, put it simply, people over react because they are reacting from the greatest fear deep down their hearts.

Goh Meng Seng Freedom: Contrary to what most people think, I think PAP isn't going to drag it too long. It may happen in April or May.

Caroline Tan: Ppl overreact. How would u describe urself/ ur actions?

Timothy Tay: Wait...wasn't the challenge in Moulmein-Kallang a tactical and strategic diversion by the opposition parties to ensure PAP didn't know whether WP was gonna challenge them at Alijunied or at Moulemin? Am I just mistaken or are you trying to saying that it wasn't really a tactical and strategic decision you all took to befuddle the PAP top leadership...?

Judging from this statement alone, NSP's intention of "forcing" their way into Hougang is tit-for-tat since WP did the same to the NSp in Moulmein-Kallang.

Timothy Tay: The problem is that there was an apparent decision made by NSP and WP to create a three corner fight superficially so as to confuse the PAP into wondering which GRC WP would eventually go for...so to hear from GMS that it wasn't(I don't remember WP actually challenging the NSP and PAP in Moulemin last year as it turns out; the top WP team eventually went to Alijunied and threw the PAP off guard) befuddles me.

Whether we like it or not, I am starting to believe that every politician does do a bit of spin, and GMS' assertion sound like a load of spin that is ringing bells in my BS indicator. Sorry GMS, but I find that pretty hard to believe. What I believe is that you are giving us here a load of spin but not much of facts.
