No signboard handed 3 charges. Young Goat 39 charges.

Young Goat's financial controller who was handed similar charges is already serving jail sentence. The Court needs to flip the SFA and Penal Code to allow Young Goat to avoid a jail sentence. The financial controller will look like an idiot if Young Goat escapes a jail sentence. Pleading guilty does not pay.

The gravity of Goh's case is 13x compared to no signboard's. If the establishment had the intention to let Goh off with just a fine, the Court should have postponed the financial controller's sentencing until Goh's trial [so that the former could also receive a fine sentence].
