Go ATM @Genting also can quarrel. Must be losing money. Lol

Just passed by Jalan Alor in KL at about 5.30pm today. The Tourist Trap (TT) for Malaysian street food.

The Chinatown in Petaling Street is only at about 30% of the pre-covid crowd. Business is really bad there.

Will leave KL for Hatyai tomorrow with a lunch stopover at Ipoh, a driving trip of about 7 hours.
So good can go out of this boring island....me jealous...

There's a nice new theme park now.

Also, you don't need to pay an entrance fee to get into the casino for free refreshments. That's really refreshing, not needing to give money to pay a bunch of jiakliaobees and propagandists.

I just found out that the CRA has been recently renamed to the GRA. How creative indeed! :roflmao:
Yes casinos are now "gaming" industry like how domestic servants are now "helpers".

You can also do the same as me.

Today, we had lunch at a coffee shop in Kuala Kangsar, Ipoh. Consists of boneless fish, frog legs, vegetables, fried eggs, rice and tea. All dishes taste delicious. Sorry that I forgot to take this photo before we start to eat them. Total damage: RM107.

KNN, whilst driving along the NS Highway at Changlun towards the Bukit Kayu Hitam Malaysian border, got an undertable speeding fine. I was driving at 100km/h whilst the speed limit was 90km/h. So, after some negotiations, I reduced the "coffee money" from RM50 to RM20.

The bloody procedures to enter Thailand at the Hatyai border is very tedious. Driver will queue with vehicle, drive through, chopped passport and queue again to apply for vehicle import permit. Passengers, will alight and go into the Customs Building to queue, scan vaccination QR Code and chop passport separately. Wasting too much time and took almost 1.5 hours. When returning back to Malaysia, must remember to return the vehicle import permit form, write your vehicle number and sign in to their log book. Otherwise, the next entry by the same vehicle will have to pay a 10,000 (S$392) Baht fine. WTF?

Reached Hatyai at 7pm local time. Made a short recce on their street food along the surrounding Lee Gardens Plaza and took our dinner. Return to hotel after 1 hour. Will continue for the next 3 days.
