Netizens have been asking if this duo role of Mr Ho may have led to a possible conflict of interest. Besides Jurong, UGL Premas Limited manages Marine Parade, West Coast and Hong Kah Town Councils as well.

Mr Ho first came into public spotlight when he sacked an opposition supporter purportedly for ‘poor performance’ one day after she was spotted by fellow colleagues selling merchandise at an opposition rally.

It turns out that Mr Ho is also the PAP branch secretary of Bukit Batok East.

Another possible case of conflict of interest involves Aljunied Town Council which is managed by CPG Facilities Management. The General Manager of Aljunied Town Council Mr Jeffrey Chua is also the Managing Director of CPF Facilities Management. It is not known if he is a PAP member as well.

It is a common knowledge that grassroots organizations and Town Councils have long been politicized to become ‘political tools’ of the PAP regime.

PAP branch secretaries often wear many hats at the grassroots levels – some hold multiple positions such as Chairman of Community Clubs, Town Council managers and Chairman of Citizen Consultative Committees at the same time.

According to PAP strongman Lee Kuan Yew, all grassroots organizations such as CCs, CCCs and RCs are ‘part of the PAP.’

Isn't the fact that there is a conflict of interest demonstrate that there is an inability on the part of Mr Chua to decide fairly whose interests he will serve.... just like how if his interests are compromised to his principal (which in this case we dont really know which is which .... whether he is serving his own interests as the MD of his cleaning company or he is intent on serving the interest of the people as a member of the town council or he is serving the interest of his political masters.....


perhaps the latter 2 can possibly be reconciled but when you throw all 3 in the mix.... this begs a massive question. Why Didn't Sylvia request for more transparency on this since we are on the topic of PAP members who derive big benefits.

Would like to see them explain the apparent "double bankrolling" at Jurong TC. Why the GM of the TC is allowed to award contract to a subsidiary company owned by his parent company of which he is a senior managing partner? Exactly the same kind of wrongdoing PAP is accusing AHTC of.

All these companies used to be PWD, HDB and other public sector bodies that have been corporatised and owned by and run by the Company that his wife runs as the CEO. It such a sad thing. Some of the key people behind these companies were scholars overseas and local that were funded by the state. They are now undermining the very institutions they were supposed to serve and protect.

Forget about the couple behind FMSS. What about the couple at Rochalie Drive. They and their sycophants are everywhere. Why a we paying GST, taxes etc when these are clear conflict of interest everywhere you see.

Tell the RC's members to list their connections with the zone they are in & ask them, why are they members! & do a survey of the residents staying in that zone, DO THEY KNOW OR SEEN THESE PEOPLE & WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO IMPACT THEIR LIVES??
