（文/观察者网 朱新伟）据俄新网15日报道，俄罗斯雅罗斯拉夫尔市议员德米特里•彼得罗夫斯基发布了一段视频，向公众展示自己踩坏iPad的画面。他说，我们国家准备禁用美国商品，我们作为议员应该起到带头作用。
彼得罗夫斯基表示，从今天开始只用中国产的手机和平板，“中国制造可以不被踩”。
美国常驻联合国代表黑莉上周日宣布，华盛顿正在准备就俄罗斯支持叙利亚政府一事进行新一轮制裁。
美国本月已对多个俄罗斯寡头和企业实施了制裁，其中包括一家国有武器贸易公司的子公司RFC Bank——华盛顿方面称，该行负责与叙利亚进行交易。

The U.S. has imposed sanctions on a number of Russian oligarchs and companies this month, including RFC Bank, a subsidiary of a state-owned weapons trading company. Washington said that the bank is responsible for dealing with Syria.
