Glass falls from Shangri-La Hotel for 3rd time this year

Glass fell from downtown Toronto’s Shangri-La Hotel early Sunday, forcing the closure of Adelaide Street from Simcoe to University.

No injuries have been reported.

It’s the third time this year that glass has fallen from the hotel.

In September a 53-year-old man suffered minor injuries when glass fell from the 15th floor.

Glass also fell from the Shangri-La Hotel in January. No one was hurt in that incident.
