THERE are just two known workplaces like it in Australia - where a mother can breastfeed on the job and keep her baby by her side while she works.

Mamaway, a maternity-wear company founded by a mother of three, was accredited this week as a breastfeeding-friendly workplace.

Out of 19 employees in Australia, seven have opted to breastfeed while working, including Ania Sawicka, a new mother who happily feeds her eight-month-old, Sofia, while sitting on a sofa in front of the fitting rooms at Mamaway's store in Burwood.

Married man bring money into his family is call 'income' but married woman went out to compete with a married man for work she say 'extra money'. Of course extra money is paid less than income money man has to bring home to feed his family.

Soon more jobs for men are loss to woman willing to accept less pay which is her extra money anyway.

Now they want to breast feed her baby at workplace, next will make baby at workplace too, an inch given want a foot and now want a yard.

Next breast feeding is a workplace hazard for men charged peeping at milk boobs at workplace, how nice asking for a mile now.

Their Parental Leave is also very super - 1st 18 weeks paid:

The scheme provides a maximum of 18 weeks pay at the National Minimum Wage. This applies to eligible primary carers of newborn or adopted children.

An employee can choose to extend their unpaid parental leave within the first 12 months, and can apply to extend the leave beyond 12 months.
