Obviously he jumped to conclusion and goes to the worker's defence just by listening to one side of the story. Blaming the company, NTUC, MOM, government for not being there to help. Does this idiot knows it will take some time to investigate. Instead of waiting, these idiot started to blame everyone making the worker like a victim.

Even if a person hears both sides of the story, a minority cannot tell who is right as they lack the ability to use logic or are blinded for whatever reasons against a person.

Let me teach you. After a long story, the employer has yet to reveal the critical information. Why was the driver terminated. If it was bad behaviour, say so.

Mr Gani was originally involved in another project that required a driver under the normal shift system. Despite the completion of the project, we tried our best to retain him by transferring him to another project in Dec 2013. However, despite trying our best to accommodate him for a period of four months as an excess to the manpower that we required on the ground, there was only so much we could do for him. Lastly, there is no indication of Gilbert making any conclusion but to forward the letter to MOM and render assistance to the man. The pro-PAP toddler accusing him of making a conclusion is by itself a false immature conclusion.

Yup i guess to you this is not jumping into conclusion that MOM or unions not helping and there are not labour laws in singapore when MOM is already investigating.

Spot on. The company is clearly grasping at straws - look at how they go on wild goose chase about how different categories of workers are expected to do different things.
