giant ceiling fans at eunos mrt

It can be very stuffy on open air stations especially after they installed the barriers...

Must cool us down, heat adds up to the frustrations!

the fans necessary? peoples are waiting for the mrt at most 5-6 mins. short time, can bear the heat.

hi there

1. bro, it is not about the commuters or how long will they spend in some stations.
2. it is the cost of buying such fans!
3. why is there some need to purchase it?
4. does it look like just some "skin-deep" quotation or what?
5. hahahaha!

What's the brand of those ceiling fans? Doesn't look like normal KDK to me.

Brompton fans?

Brompton fans?

they are not the normal white color ceiling fans pple put in the house
from wat I saw
these fans are really huge
about 4 times the size of normal house ceiling fans

it cover nearly 3/4 of the mrt platform (platfrom A to platform B)

so u can imagine how big the fans are

It is a huge fan indeed. The wind it churns out is also huge and wide.

I saw these fans in a couple of countries including M'sia and Taiwan one year back and only now in Singapore.

Yes Xue Di Zi indeed:

Let's hope that SMRT maintains it.

We do not want it to malfunction and land on the commuters' heads!
