never piss off sinkie moms who care about their kids’ healthy hydration habits. drinking sai chwee on a regular basis is very important to young sinkie families.

Another 恶人先告状 instead of apologizing and changing their bad money making policy.
Definitely a bad egg in the service sector. Support those that continue to provide water without any charge.

This bastard boss even pull out the CCTV to show the family dining. How come he didn't remember to reveal that the family ordered beer for the parents, its just the kids drinking water?

He adds: “We are running a small business. We are selling bottled water too. Just as we respect and appreciate our customers, we would also like customers to understand that we have our own policy with regard to outside food and drinks.”

Small F&B businesses should try to distance themselves from the Internet as much as possible, other than a basic food delivery service. Reject any Michelin awards/nominations, and avoid giving media interviews unless absolutely necessary e.g. fire broke out at restaurant, a car crashed into the restaurant's entrance etc.

And for businesses and prospective customers: if there is a 5-star rating system, read only the 2, 3 and 4-star reviews. Ignore 5-stars and 1-star. You'll get information that's much closer to reality. Doesn't matter if it's a product sold on Amazon, or hotel or AirBnB lodgings, or F&B outlet.

Just as Eat First can introduce a $2 charge for patrons who drink water from their own bottle, the same diners may also put up reviews about that eatery, so others may decide if they wish to still support such an establishment.

The owner was butt hurt because he thinks "his business, so his rules". That's such a naive and childish way of thinking. I am surprised that this type of inflexible clown can even sustain a business.

The family paid for Tiger beer which cost $14. Only the kids drank plain water which they brought.

Even after making a nice profit margin from selling shit Tiger Beer at $14 (Fairpric only selling at $6.20, and it's probably cheaper if buying in bulk as a business), its still not enough! MORE money! Greedy to the max!

this is like asking op supporters not to breath the air PAP supporters exhale. :roflmao:

hanor, this corkage is for provision of glasses, ice, service etc unless there's a charge for tilting the bottle of water to assist the kids :whistling:
Harnor! Unless is helping to hold and tilting kuku when go toilet then charging is justified.
