Reject any Michelin awards/nominations, and avoid giving media interviews unless absolutely necessary e.g. fire broke out at restaurant, a car crashed into the restaurant's entrance etc.

And for businesses and prospective customers: if there is a 5-star rating system, read only the 2, 3 and 4-star reviews. Ignore 5-stars and 1-star. You'll get information that's much closer to reality. Doesn't matter if it's a product sold on Amazon, or hotel or AirBnB lodgings, or F&B outlet.
