Just wonder if anyone can give any recommendations for good tattoo artists around that is reputable and has a clean workshop.

I'm not a tattoo fanatic, just hoping to put some letters on shoulders or possibly back. I know there are risks, that is why I hope someone can provide some recommendations to possibly reduce the risk as much as possible.

A lot of it depends on what kind of tattoo you are getting. Some artists are good with oriental art, others black and grey. There are a lot of good artists outside of Orchard too. Or visit www.bodyartsingapore.com for some ideas.
