Hi

To all self-employed and part-time employees, care to share your experience of getting a bank loan (housing, overdraft ....etc) ?

Thanks.

For housing loan, last 2 years's Income Tax statement if yuo taking between 60-80% mortgage loan.

If less than 60 (some banks may be at 70%), no need any document foor housing loan.

Other than mortgage loan, I not sure.

Not just income tax...got pay medisave or not ha ? If not, ACRA will not renew your licence.

of course you have to top up your medisave, just log into CPF website using singpass and it will show you how much you have to pay
