Today is a special day, I helped a young man together with GetEven.AI, contesting a bankruptcy application by a big finance company. They are represented by Rajah & Tann.

This young man did not manage to make payment of about S$ 1,100 for a car for 2 months, and it ended up being demanded to make payment of S$ 38,000 plus via a bankruptcy application.

My client is the hero today as a litigant in person. With our guidance, me together with GetEven.AI, we manage to fend off the bankruptcy application.

Rajah & Tann insists on continuing the bankruptcy process to bankrupt the young man. Without our guidance and what to say during the proceeding, the Court effectively told Rajah & Tann to "pause".
