It was reported in one of the Presstapo mouthpieces that since parliament has been dissolved, MPs are no longer allowed to conduct Meet-the-People sessions. In the same breath, it also says that activities of grassroots advisors appointed by the People's Association (and this includes practically every PAPzi MP) are not affected.

This means that the PAPzis can continue to influence voters using government funds while Low Thia Khiang and Chiam See Tong cannot, even using their own funds.

Elsewhere on the same day, Deer Leeder LHL said with a straight face that the PA is not political! He's either very stupid or a consummate liar. In either case, he is not fit for public office.

How could we, after all, allow a cheat and a liar into parliament?

Winning MP (whether PAP or Opp) should take over RC and CC and conduct MPS there. RC and CC must not be politically sided with a PAP advisor (PAP MP or losing MP) presiding. PA, CCC and CDC should be disbanded, wasting funds and resources. If they really think there's a need for regional mayors, subject them to polls, not appoint as they wish.

Something I am not understanding here.
The CCs are built with public money so should be belonging to the residents.
How come it is becoming the property of PA and the winning opposition MP cannot using it?

The reasoning goes something like this. PA is not a political organization, so the winning MP does not automatically become the advisor to the glassloots. Instead, these advisors are appointed by the government in the interest of the 'nation' rather than in the interest of political parties. But when those appointed are always PAP members including losers of elections, the motive is clear.
