Not really. The cop was wrong and rightfully charged. However, the question is, the cop had previous accusation for brutality as well, so why wasn't he pull out of the force? The reason is that the mayor/governor/ whoever in-charge of the police force wasn't doing his/her job. And who was in-charge of that place? Democrats. So while Democrats bullshitting about racism, the place they were in-charge were practicing racist policies under their nose and they did nothing.
