...West Africa and Brazil.

These are very large swathes of land you are talking about. Some parts of Brazil experience levels of inundation unimaginable elsewhere. We don't hear about it because very few people live in those areas. The West African coast is also susceptible to tsunami when (not if) some islands off its coast collapse into the sea.

Nothing wrong with tropical storms, earthquakes and volcanoes. They keep the land moist and fertile, ready for agriculture.

Why do you want to live in a 'safe' environment? how many more years do you think you can add your lifespan by 'staying safe'?

A human lives for a few decades at most, then he/she becomes worm food.

Look at all these people who live in a supposedly safe Singapore.

brazil, one of the highest crime rates in the world with kiddo murderers. west africa... looks like a lot of desert.

How much do we need to have as cash to get a PR in these Nations.

What are the other requirements?

Someone please elaborate further for people who are sick and tired in this overcrowded island state of close to 7 million soon.

i dunno about west africas, but the capital city of brazil is probablymore squeezed than sinkipore right now. and it doesn't have a half-decent system or roads. much of brazil is like ah neh land. smelly , run down and fucked up.
