After Noboribetsu was off to Hakodate

Next day moved to a Ryokan about 6km from the Bay, really beautiful ryokan the decoration and design

At the Hakodate station went for a fantastic Ramen. Every bowl is made fresh as you can see in the video

Discovered a very nice coffeeshop in Sapporo Station - Miyakoshiya

In Japan when you go to their coffeeshop do take note there may be a few hours especially in the afternoon where customers are allowed to smoke inside

Had a great dinner when we were back to Sapporo at one of my fav restaurants in Sapporo, must have reservation many days in advance for this very popular and fun restaurant.

Salmon roe over Japanese rice

Kinky one of Japanese fav fishes but its expensive

Must try the hokke here because the meat is moist and juicy, they have a secret way of grilling this. The best hokke anywhere.
