I prefer the Jewish way. The guy takes personal responsibility for his segregation. In all the examples provided above, the state has to step in because their local men are mostly perverts.

Arab men are known for their condescending attitude towards women, which includes a light touch to sexual assault and blaming of rape victims instead of rapists. Reforming the society is nearly impossible, and it is far simpler to just segregate. Most women and decent Arab men welcome the segregation.
