Gen Z S’poreans’ Job Hunting Woes: No Jobs Even After 150 Applications & 6 Internships For Some

These companies giving out internships etc..why don't hire these interns as already know them and internal vacancy is easier to fulfill..so something must be wrong if interns are not getting jobs at the companies they intern in ..for examples....like those interns that got jobs in big MNC...MNC don't need people? So basically internships is a dude?
A few of those MNCs that I have worked in used poly /nus interns and those lowly paid mid career conversion program Internship to fill up their full time positions, in order to save cost.

I had asked 1 of the intern to leeport it to their lecturer that they were abused. They were even put to do 12 hr shift role to leeplaced full time workers who had leesigned.

After some time, the academic institution ban these MNCs for internship programme.
