Mr Tan Jee Say, we trust you. SM Goh is depicable to resort to personal attack.

SM Goh and the civil service is out of touch. They tried to estimate the potential of civil servants, known famously as CEP (current estimated potential). They also estimate civil servants' potential to reach the key appoinments such as Permanent Secretary for Admin Officers. How you are rated depends a lot on your perm sec or your director. If you have one that cannot make it (CMI), do you think your CEP will be high?

Mr Tan, take heart that there are many civil servants who are ranked CMI. We back you and will vote for you whole heartedly.
