蘋果在台軟板供應商嘉聯益(6153)桃園觀音廠從去年就曾傳出派遣員工放無薪假、裁減4、500名派遣人力消息，如今又被員工投訴，指公司在農曆年前要200名正職員工簽自願離職單，等於讓員工「被自願離職」，拿不到資遣費。
嘉聯益去年11月就曾因為蘋果減單，裁員超過百人，50多名員工因無預警放無薪假，一度陳情抗議，不料裁員風波還沒停止。據《蘋果日報》，一名員工投訴公司在1月28日要求200名正職員簽自願離職單，不僅挑在農曆年前，且「被離職」也沒有資遣費可拿，甚至還預告年後2月15日還有另一波、預計讓3、400百名正職員「逼簽自願離職單」。
一名林姓員工透露，因為接不到蘋果天線生意，許多派遣人員被裁員，現在幾乎沒有派遣人員，正職員工則被要求休無薪假，且工廠也已經停工2週以上，員工雖仍到工廠打卡，但沒有生產。
對此，嘉聯益表示觀音廠的確稼動率不高，因此進行人力調整，但否認大規模裁員，表示這波被資遣的員工僅20至30人，派遣員工到約不續約，正職員工資遣或轉出，資遣前有溝通是否願意轉至樹林廠，強調一定會讓被資遣員工拿到資遣費，不可能逼迫員工簽「自願離職」。

Apple’s Taiwanese soft board supplier Jialianyi (6153) Taoyuan Guanyin Factory has sent dispatched employees to pay unpaid leave and cut 4,500 dispatched manpower messages last year. Now it has been complained by employees that the company was in the years before the lunar calendar. To sign a voluntary resignation order for 200 full-time employees is equivalent to letting employees "voluntarily resign" and fail to get a severance payment.
In November last year, Jialianyi had reduced the number of apples and laid off more than 100 people. More than 50 employees had been unpaid for unpaid leave and had been protesting. The layoffs have not stopped. According to Apple Daily, an employee complained that the company asked 200 regular staff members to sign a voluntary separation order on January 28, not only before the lunar calendar, but also because they were "resigned" and did not have any severance fees. There will be another wave on February 15th, and it is expected that 3,400 100 employees will be forced to sign a voluntary resignation order.
A Lin surnamed employee revealed that many of the dispatched personnel were laid off because they could not receive the Apple antenna business.
