最近苹果在中国摊上了大事，由于输掉了和高通的专利纠纷，被福州中院判定7款iPhone手机将在中国被禁止销售还有出口。而这件事这几天也愈演愈烈，局面相对苹果来说越来越不利。苹果之前表示侵犯高通的专利都是老版本系统的机型，比如iOS11，只要升级到最新的iOS12就能够成功的规避侵犯高通的专利。
但高通表示苹果是在混淆视听，因为法院判定的并不是苹果系统侵权，而是直接的机型侵权，即使升级到最新的iOS12系统也无法规避，照样会被禁售。
不仅如此，高通还在寻求进一步的行动，那就是把苹果今年发布的三款新iPhone也加入到禁售的行列。如此一来的话，苹果就没有任何一款iPhone手机能够在市面上正常售卖了！面对高通如此来势汹汹的进攻，苹果也从一开始的强硬，慢慢的开始软了下来。
对于福州中院的判决，苹果表示尊重，但同时苹果也申请了复议，在复议中，苹果开始卖惨，其表示表示自己将被迫与高通和解，而这还将导致所有手机厂商重新回归到以前不合理的收费模式，并支付高昂的授权费。
苹果还称，这项禁令一旦生效，将会导致苹果每天都损失数百万美元，而这一切都会影响到苹果整个供应链，苹果强调，我们通过整个供应链和第三方软件开发者在中国创造了500万个就业岗位。并且2017年苹果在中国卖出了5000万台iPhone，而一旦禁令生效，中国会失去很多税收。
