Well, if GLC owned petrol stations would reduce the price of petrol, and GLC owned taxi companies reduce the price of taxi rentals, and restrict the number of taxis given to FTs to drive, than local cabbies can earn more money and not have to work so hard, hence improving their health.

There should be a cap on how many hours they are allowed otherwise some will go to the extremes to earn as much as they possibly could. It's not so much I care about them losing their lives but those of their passengers.
