In every Universe, eg. Marvel Comics Universe, Marvel Cinematic Universe, Star Trek Universe, Star Wars Universe etc, there is always a singular most powerful being that can destroy all other beings below it combined (although in Star Trek, it is technically not a single being, but the Q continuum). In Witcher, it is Gaunter O'Dimm.
