fren recall years ago got a local chinese con in funan mall electric company, he advertised say will lend money free in papers only to meet in funan mall and then say the way is to use own credit card buy a tv etc and give it to him for free and he will pay some cash to you then you will pick up the monthly instalments too, such wicked and sinister fren good citizen report him to police, karma will follow him to jail and until now this guy should still be good for nothing hahaha
