Who is Colin Powell?

I am asking this because i really dunno who he is and i came across a post from the spiritual community to do a mass meditation to sent his soul safely to the central Sun.

To send a soul to the central sun means that the soul is beyond redemption and need to be recycled in the sun, to break up the soul to its elements and restart everything again, a reboot or whatever you call it. It means it sinned till the max if you can perceived it this way. It is also to prevent his soul to be taken by Archon, which are the dark ones that suck our negative energy for their survival and manipulate us to create these negative energy.

I did a search on him and found that he is involved in the starting of the Iraq war in the Bush administration.
