The motorcyclist is asking to get RAMMED! Why didn't he keep a bit of distance behind the cab? From video, we can't see if the cab signal right or if this junction allows u-turn, but it could have been avoided if the cunt motorcyclist kept a distance.

Obviously it is the motorcyclist's fault. If he wants to get off the junction as fast as possible, he should go straight to the front just before the traffic light. Otherwise, he should ascertain what are the intentions of those ahead of him before he takes action and not expect those ahead of him to be watching out for him. Assuming that the taxi driver signaled right, it could mean that driver was turning right or doing a U turn and motorcyclist just need to follow behind until the intention becomes clear.
